Ocean Air Inc. was founded in 1999 by Bill Cioccio and Ron Parker. Bill is a graduate of Penn State mechanical engineering and previously worked with many large companies including Harley Davidson, Caterpillar and General Defense. His expertise includes design, implementation and sales of various types of mist, smoke, dust ventilation and exhaust systems. Ron Parker is an independent business owner and longtime family friend who has a strong construction and building background. Both Ron and Bill loved visiting Ocean City and decided to relocate to build a business on the eastern shore. Together a perfect partnership was formed that resulted in a company that was strong in all areas including Service, Design and Installation of all types of mechanical systems.
In February of 2000 Ocean Air opened its doors to the public and began repairing, installing and designing all types of HVAC and refrigeration systems for both commercial and residential customers. The company quickly grew and before long a large list of customers that included Dunkin Donuts, McDonalds, Food Lion, privately owned restaurants and many residential home owners was established.
Twelve years later the company is still going strong. Whether it’s a broken frozen drink machine at the local tiki bar or a 35 ton system installation at a grocery store, Ocean Air can assist you with your needs. The company specializes in repair, installation and metal duct fabrication. Our projects have included Eastern Shore Health Center, Food Lion, The Cordish Company properties, Tanger malls and hundreds of residential and privately owned commercial businesses. We specialize in installation of walk-in coolers / freezers, duct design / fabrication, exhaust hoods, and repair of all types of HVAC equipment. We are proud that most of our customers have continually worked with Ocean Air for over 10 years. Our goal is to continue our long term relationship with our existing clients and establish many new relationships as time progresses. Contact us for any type of HVAC needs.
